Zakynthos Luxury Villa Serenus is a two-story building with air conditioning and elevator, has parquet floors and can accommodate 12 to 14 people. The ground floor consists of a large living room with a stone fireplace, a large dining room, an office, a living room, a large bright kitchen with granite floors, a utility room, a guest toilet, and a bedroom. With two single beds and a private bathroom.

In front of the entire ground floor facing the sea, there is a large covered terrace with a splendid sea view.

The upper floor consists of five bedrooms, one of which has a fireplace. The three rooms have a private bathroom with Jacuzzi, a women’s room, a private games room (multiple gymnasium, bicycle, table tennis, and darts). The other two double bedrooms share a bathroom with a hydromassage. The two bathrooms are tiled with a mosaic.

All rooms open onto large terraces with all the fantastic views over Laganas Bay, on the island of Marathonisi (a protected marine park for the home of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle).
