Syros Luxury Villa Plagia-Premium-Lux one of the two 4-bedroom villas with a total covered area of ​​220 m2 each, distributed over 3 levels. The villas’ capacity can vary: (Villa A) can accommodate up to 7 people, and (Villa Familly B) can accommodate up to 8 people. Both have access to the shared pool. Both villas include:

Ground floor: includes an open living room with a fireplace, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a laundry service.

1st floor includes 3 bedrooms with balconies that offer spectacular panoramic views and air conditioning. The main bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a wood-beamed ceiling, and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are served by a fully equipped shared bathroom.

Villa A ” 1st floor: the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the entire villa is air-conditioned.

Basement: a study bedroom with two single beds (with zip and connection), a wardrobe, a TV room, a bathroom, ceiling fans, and air conditioning.

Family villa 1st floor: the second bedroom has a double bed, while the third is equipped with two single beds (with zip and link). Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs). The villas are not wheelchair accessible.
