Andros Luxury Villa Phivi is a 255m2 fully furnished and equipped villa is located in an amphitheater on the southwest Andros coast. Easily accessible by the main road, Villa Phivi was designed with the use of natural materials and respectful with the environment, in a combination of Cycladic and modern architecture. It is the northern villa of our villa complex, Heliades Villas.

This 5-bedroom villa offers stunning views of the Aegean Sea and a green valley formed by the mountains. It covers three levels and can accommodate up to ten (10) people in its five double rooms. One or two additional beds (or cots) can also be placed in the double rooms or in the villa’s common areas. Villa Phivi is entirely independent of our other two villas. It has a beautiful garden, a private pool, and parking just outside the villa. This Andros Grecia vacation rental has been built with great care and selective quality materials such as marble, wood, and stone.

The main entrance to the villa is on the first level (76 m²). There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, living room with a fireplace, and a double bedroom with a small private bathroom with a shower. Being a villa with a kitchen in the Andros Cyclades, feel free to prepare all your meals and enjoy them at the large dining tables, indoors or outdoors.

Through the marble stairs, our guests can reach the upper level (54 m²), which houses two double rooms with parquet floors, a private balcony and a shared bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

Villa Phivi’s pool level has an additional separate entrance and is connected to the main living room via an internal marble staircase. It has two double rooms with a private bathroom (one bathroom with Jacuzzi and washing machine and the other bathroom with shower), a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a bathroom. This level opens up to the private pool with terrace and sun loungers, surrounded by a magnificent garden. At the back of the garden there is a gas barbecue.
